Why does it not call some very obvious windows?
A window often looks obvious only afterwards. The EoM caller does call the side that looks likely at 10:00, unless it is too close to call; then it takes a second look at 12:00.
The Edge caller works differently. By the time a side is clearly winning, Kalshi has usually priced it at 85 to 95 cents, so a win pays very little and one loss wipes out several wins. It calls only when our chance is clearly higher than the price, so it skips windows the market has already priced in. In very calm markets the model is also more careful than the market, which means fewer Edge calls.
Which caller should I pick?
The EoM caller (End of Market) makes one call at 10:00, on the side the model and the market agree on; if it is too close then, it takes a second look at 12:00. It is right most often, and pays less per win.
The Edge caller calls earlier, as soon as our chance clearly beats the price. It pays more per win, and is wrong more often. Each caller keeps its own record: compare them on Stats, and switch any time in Preferences.

Do I need a Kalshi account?
Only to trade, or to track your own parlays. Following the calls needs only Discord.
How do I cancel?
Open the menu under your name at the top right, choose My Account, then Manage billing. That opens Stripe, where you cancel. Pro stays on until the period you paid for ends.
I paid but see nothing in Discord
The bot gives you the Pro role within a few minutes of paying, but only once you are in the server. Join with the invite, or log in to the dashboard again so the bot can add you. If the channels are still missing after that, ask in the Discord.
Is it guaranteed?
